Installations
Losing the Instructions.  Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery. "I used to be snow white, but I drifted."   Mixed media installation:  black walls with white line drawings of large dwarf hats.  On one wall, Edgerton’s photo of an apple, shot by a bullet.  On the back wall, a mirror, inspired by Lee Friedlander’s photo, Hotel.  Mirror is framed by forms sculpted from foam, covered with plaster and glitter.  Sunk into the snow on the dresser top, a white television set.  On a DVD loop, a close-up of me drawing and painting a dwarf’s hat on the back of my hand.  Audio:  soft whistling of “Whistle while you work.”
